Fusion is proud to offer Educational Consulting to our list of services. Karina Neal is a certificated Educational Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with students with special needs. As the Director of Tutoring and Mentoring and SSD Coordinator, she has been providing individual consultation for Fusion Learning Center students and parents for the past 12 years. She has her certificate in college counseling from UCSD, and Fusion Learning Center/Academy is proud to have her valuable expertise for our educational consultation services.
Educational Consultation Services include personalized step-by-step assistance:
navigating the special education system
answering questions about
psycho-educational testing,
Individual Education Plans (IEP),
504s, or
Individual Service Plans (ISP)
supporting parents and student during IEP and 504 meetings
Individualized college planning for high school students and their parents to include:
organizing the college application process
advising students through their college essays
supporting students with learning disabilities or other special needs
helping students choose suitable colleges or other post-secondary options to which they may apply
assisting students manage their time effectively throughout the college application process
